Encuentro de Saberes Institucional 2022

El 23 d febrero del 2022 se llevó a cabo el encuentro de saberes  o experiencias  pedagógicas  dentro del año escolar 2021.2022 del Liceo Bolivariano Félix Román Duque. Este encuentro tiene como finalidad  intercambiar conocimientos, experiencias personales, estrategias de enseñanza entre  los docentes y estudiantes de esta institución y otras  de la ciudad de Tovar.  Igualmente, tiene como objetivo plasmar las actividades realizadas en el comienzo de este nuevo año escolar 2022 observando cuáles  han sido sus  ventajas y desventajas, sus oportunidades y fortalezas, mejorando cada día el rendimiento de aprendizaje de los estudiantes junto con los docentes.

El encuentro de saberes contó con las siguientes participaciones:              

-Lic. Armando Labrador supervisor del circuito 4.Ponencia sobre las celebraciones didácticas de fechas especiales.

-Exposición de los estudiantes del 5to año del Liceo Bolivariano Feliz Román Duque sobre la ilusión óptica y su importancia.

-Lic. Cesar Correa. Docente en el área de Orientación y Convivencia.

-Lic. Karla Coy. Ponencia Actitud y Rendimiento escolar Post-Pandemia.

-lic. Luzmila Rujano. Experiencia de los estudiantes de Ciencias de 5to año en  la labor social.

-Lic. Karen Gutierrez. Ponencia sobre el Deporte y la Recreación en tiempos de pandemia.

-Lic. Cosme Molina. Ponencia Formato bibliotecario y su importancia.

-Lic.Mgs.Pedro Gil .Importancia sobre el  Compromiso y cuidado del biblioteca.

-Lic.Alirios Valera. Experiencias en la coordinación de PAES. Ponencia sobre Trabajar en Autogestión en pro del funcionamiento del comedor del Liceo.

-Lic. María Consuelo. Directora del CEAO Centro de Adultos en Tovar. Enseñanza de arte y oficio tales como: manualidades, repostería, costura, entre otros.

Nota: Actualmente CCAO es conocido con el nombre mundo de emprendedores.

-Estudiantes de fe y alegría. Realización de pasantías en el liceo Félix Román Duque.

-Lic. Anairis .Directora de la institución L.B.F.R.D. Agradecimiento a los docentes, personal administrativo, obrero  y estudiantes de la institución.

-Lic. María Alejandra Pérez. Ponencia sobre la integración social de las personas especiales en el sistema educativo.

-Lic. José Luis Rojas. Experiencias en la vocería estudiantil del L.B.F.R.D.

- Lic. Jacqueline Valero. Supervisora Académica  a nivel  regional, nacional y municipal en el área estudiantil, docente y administrativo. Centro Local de información Red #22.

En la mayoría de las ponencias, y experiencias brindadas por este excelente grupo de emprendedores en la pedagogía ,se hizo mención del concepto resiliencia originada por el inicio de la pandemia Covid -19  y la vaguada del 23 de agosto del 2021 en la ciudad de Tovar.

 La resiliencia  es una noción que se aplica en las prácticas de crecimiento personal, en la superación de conflictos, y control emocional. Por ello, en nuestro casa de estudio se aplica a las  medidas de autogestión en la educación donde no solo los estudiantes aprenden sino los docentes aprenden a aprender a enseñar por medio de las tics y otros medios que estén a su alcance.

Actualmente, el L.B.F.R.D se caracteriza por brindar una resiliencia educativa para  obtener un buen rendimiento académico a pesar de las circunstancias sociales y económicas que afectan no solo a la ciudad de Tovar sino a toda Venezuela y otros países del mundo, Por ello, este liceo junto al personal docente, administrativo y estudiantil es una unidad resiliente que no se hunde ante las adversidades, al contrario se adapta y sale fortalecido.

Institutional Knowledge Meeting 2022

February 23th, 2022 was held the knowledge or pedagogical experiences meeting inside the 2021.2022 period of the Liceo Bolivariano Félix Román Duque (L.B.F.R.D). It has the purpose of exchanging knowledge, personal experiences and teaching strategies among teachers and students of this institution and others in the city of Tovar.  It also aims to reflect the activities carried out at the beginning of this new school year 2022, observing what have been its advantages and disadvantages, its opportunities and strengths, improving every day the learning performance of students along with teachers. It was attended by the following participants:        

-Bed. Armando Labrador: supervisor of circuit 4.Presentation about of didactics celebrations of special dates.

-Exposition of the students of the 5th year of L.B.F.R.D on the optical illusion and its importance.

-Bed. Cesar Correa: Teacher in the area of Orientation and Connivance.

-Bed. Karla Coy: Post-Pandemic Attitude and School Performance.

-Bed. Luzmila Rujano. Experiences of 5th year science students in social labor.

-Bed. Karen Gutierrez: Presentation on Sports and Recreation in times of pandemic.

-Bed. Cosme Molina. Lecture on Library format and its importance.

-Importance of the Commitment and care of the library.

Bed-.Alirio Valera: Presentations about Experiences within of PAES coordination. Also, importance of working in Self-management for the functioning of the dining room of L.B.F.R.D.

-Bed. María Consuelo. Director of the CCAO Adult Center in Tovar. Teaching of arts and crafts such as: handicrafts, baking, sewing, among others.

Note: Currently CCAO is known as the world of entrepreneurs.

-Students of Fe y Alegrìa.  Internships at L.B.F.R.D.

- Bed.Jacqueline Valero. Academic Supervisor at regional, national and municipal level in the student, teaching and administrative areas. Local Information Center, Network #22.

In most of the presentations and experiences offered by this excellent group of entrepreneurs in pedagogy was made mention  of the concept of resilience originated by the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and the storm surge of August 23, 2021 in the city of Tovar.

Resilience is a notion that is applied in the practices of personal growth, in overcoming conflicts, and emotional control. Therefore, in our house of study it is applied to self-management measures in education where not only students learn but teachers learn to learn to teach through tics and other means at their disposal.

Currently, L.B.F.R.D. is characterized by providing educational resilience to obtain a good academic performance despite the social and economic circumstances that affect not only the city of Tovar but to Venezuela and other countries in the world. Therefore, this high school together with the teaching, administrative and student personnel are a resilient unit that do not sink in the face of adversity, on the contrary, it adapts and comes out stronger.
