NUESTRO AMBIENTE: PATRIA Y POTENCIA. CIRCUITO Nº 4. SUPERVISOR: LCDO.

En el día de ayer 10 de marzo de 2022, se aperturó el Congreso Pedagógico Municipal
Tovar, en liceo Bolivariano “Félix Román Duque”, se inician las actividades con
la entonación del Himno Nacional, luego se presentaron dos números culturales,
el primero las cinco águilas blancas a cargo de los niños y niñas del nivel
inicial J.I. Coronel Antonio Rangel (La Vega), continuando con tres bailes por parte de la fundación de niños especiales,
Posteriormente en el ambiente que corresponde a
el Circuito 4 el Supervisor Prof. Armando Labrador como jefe de debate, inicia
en la mesa de trabajo dando las orientaciones de cómo se va a realizar la
jornada del día, creando la estructura de dicha mesa, nombrando a un relator,
dos registradores, un sistematizador y un cronometrista, aclarando que para
cada participación se utilizaran cinco
minutos mínimo y diez máximo para poder avanzar con todas las ponencias
para el día. Una vez organizada la mesa de trabajo se dio inicio con las
ponencias del ambiente iniciando con la docente del Jardín de Infancia “Coronel
Antonio Rangel” aula Anexa La Vega: Anamaryori Mora con la ponencia basada en
su proyecto de aprendizaje llamado: Celebramos nuestra identidad cultural en
familia, en dicho proyecto se incluyó la participación tanto de los niños y
niñas como de los representantes en la realización de sus actividades y en la
presentación del acto cultural cinco águilas blancas como cierre de proyecto.
Los personajes ilustres trabajados fueron tulio Febres cordero, juan felix
sanchez. Entre las actividades destacadas esta la presentación de las muestras
realizadas por los niños como la capilla de piedras, se escogió un mural
artístico perteneciente al municipio tovar
que fue dibujado por ellos. Y una exposición presencial de la niña Emily
fernandez de 5 años de edad que hablo sobre las heroínas del estado
Mérida. Es importante destacar que la
cultura es fuente fundamental en nuestra vida para saber de dónde venimos,
quienes somos y hacia dónde vamos.
Seguidamente la Lcda. Lineidi Belisario
encargada del huerto del Liceo “Félix
Román Duque” y dos estudiantes de media general compartiendo sus experiencias
sobre un proyecto socio productivo sobre la cría de lombricultura dieron a
conocer la técnica mediante la cual se
cultiva la lombriz Californiana, su origen, empleando los desechos orgánicos
para la alimentación de las mismas, así como exhibición de productos de abono orgánico que reproduce la lombriz tanto liquido como
sólido, tomando en cuenta que es un medio de autogestión para la institución .
Se continúa con
la participación del área de matemática a cargo del Lcdo. Italo Fossi,
quien envió algunos estudiantes del 2do año del Liceo Bolivariano “Félix Román Duque” a la presentación de diferentes estrategias y
juegos didácticos como herramientas
pedagógicas para facilitar el aprendizaje de la matemática, explican como el
procedimiento de los juegos ayudara a mejorar sus habilidades de cálculo mental
y lógica con la resolución de sencillos problemas de una manera divertida.
Seguidamente
interviene la Directora de la Escuela de Labores CCAO Nohemi Guerra
de Guzman, Lcda. Yuli Ciarrochi
haciendo énfasis en la profundización de
los procesos de aprendizaje de diferentes oficios que la escuela se encarga de
trasmitir conocimiento con sus instructoras, en cuanto a artes como corte y
costura, bordado de telas elaboración de
bolsos con retazos, barbería y belleza mostrando algunas piezas de bordado con
excelente acabados y diseños, que se pueden tomar como emprendimiento a los
jóvenes y adultos de nuestro municipio.
Posteriormente la Lcda. Ana Consuelo Aldana
Directora del Centro de Enseñanza de
Adultos Ciudad Tovar, realizó su ponencia, dando a conocer los inicios
de esta casa de saberes, que funciono en un inicio en la E.B. Coronel Antonio
Rangel, recibiendo cada vez más participantes, indico que el lugar se le hizo
muy pequeño luego la trasladan al Liceo Bolivariano “Félix Román Duque” donde
le ponen a disposición personal docente, administrativo y obrero a su cargo,
aumentando de esta manera la matrícula y la ampliación de los cursos,
Actualmente funciona el centro en la Sede del Liceo Félix Román Duque, los
Profesores dieron a conocer las experiencias y
los trabajos realizados en los diferentes talleres que se imparten
mostrando sus producciones en el
ambiente. Las especialidades son: Pintura sobre madera a cargo de la Profesora Miriam Peña, prof Maria Botello
encargada de Piñateria y la Lcda. Milagros Calderon en el área de Manualidades.
Por otra parte la prof. Xiomara Bustamante
Sánchez graduando de la Universidad Nacional Experimental, hace su ponencia referente a el uso de
herramientas y medios de comunicación para asegurar oportunidades de
enseñanzas- aprendizajes del Sistema Educativo Bolivariana en Venezuela (SEB),
cómo alternativas para la continuidad educativa en escenarios emergentes ante
el cierre preventivo de los liceos y otros, según decreto emanado del Ejecutivo
Nacional ante la COVID-19. Por tanto, el Liceo Bolivariano Félix Román Duque,
ubicado en el municipio Tovar, estado Bolivariano de Mérida. se enfocó en el
programa “cada familia una escuela”, donde las y los docentes no solo busco la
presencia remota de los y representantes , sino se enfatizó en la búsqueda del
análisis para la adaptación del currículo en triada contexto real, tomando como
primicia el diagnóstico de necesidades de cada hogar, bajo este paradigma la
planificación se adecuo contribuyendo a la prosecución del año escolar
2019-2020, con el propósito garantizar la continuidad formativa de calidad y
significativa, en este momento histórico de cuarentena social y semi
presencial, permitiendo que la comunidad educativa conozcan, reflexionen,
valoren y transformen los avances en el proceso de enseñanza -aprendizaje,
basados en el repensar, innovar, ser creativo, crítico, reflexivo y aplicando
la pedagogía del amor, el ejemplo y la curiosidad, siendo necesario el uso de
los medios masivos (radio y televisión), audiovisuales, Whatsapp, mensajería de
texto, entre otros. La línea de investigación está vinculada en Gestión
Escolar; Integración Educativa de la familia en el Proceso Educativo y Recursos
para el Aprendizaje, Tecnología e Innovación, con criterio socio-crítico e
investigación- acción participativa y transformadora. Socializó un archivo
audiovisual de los y las estudiantes del Liceo Félix Román Duque en tiempos de
pandemia.
Seguidamente la Prof. Neila Rojas graduando de
la Universidad Nacional Experimental del Magisterio presento su trabajo siendo el fin primordial de este estudio es
desarrollar acciones de integración de padres y representantes en el proceso de
enseñanza de los escolares de Tercer Grado de la Escuela Bolivariana Coronel
Antonio Rangel. Tovar-Mérida. Enmarcado en el paradigma sociocrítico y la línea
de investigación se conforman a partir de la Investigación Acción Participativa
y Transformadora como referentes teóricos amplios que ordenan, orientan y
desencadenan actividades de integración escolar. La Investigación Acción Participativa se concibe no sólo
como metodología de investigación sino como una filosofía de la vida que
convierte a sus practicantes en personas con pensamiento dirigido al bienestar
social. Se hace uso del instrumento de recolección de datos una entrevista
semiestructurada con cinco ítems para ser respondidas por los padres y
representantes. Se desarrollan las acciones previamente planificadas con el uso
de un plan de acción autorizado para su ejecución por la Dirección de la
Escuela Bolivariana Coronel Antonio Rangel. La investigadora llega a la conclusión que la
integración de los padres y representantes a las actividades escolares
fortalece la transformación de la realidad educativa, le impresionó lo sencillo
que resulta metodológicamente adentrarse en las propuestas de teóricos y
pensadores latinoamericanos tales como: Freire, Fals Borda, Bigot, Jara e
Inojosa figuras importantes para transformar el pensamiento y la realidad
educativa venezolana.
Para finalizar la actividad del dia interviene el
Lcdo. Alexis Vázquez Chavéz. Dio un RELATO DE EXPERIENCIA DE LA MODALIDAD DE
JÓVENES, ADULTOS, Y ADULTAS DEL LICEO NOCTURNO “FÉLIX ROMÁN DUQUE”, MUNICIPIO
TOVAR Y EXTENSIÓN ZEA. Titulado LA RUTA DEL CONOCIMENTO DEL ADULTO expresó
El sendero del aprendizaje constituye una
experiencia que lleva toda la vida del ser humano, es decir, de la mujer y el
varón, desde su niñez hasta ser una persona mayor con conocimiento, ética y
valores indispensables para asumir los retos de la existencia cada vez más
complicada en la contemporaneidad. Por tanto, si con la pedagogía y sus
didácticas se atendió su formación educativa desde la niñez, es indispensable
para su vida de adulto nuevas disciplinas que atienda sus necesidades
formativas en el ámbito psicológico y corporal.
Un conocimiento que debe ser compartido para el
beneficio de la familia y la comunidad. La andragogía en tanto la
educación para adultos se fundamenta en
diversos principios como: la intersubjetividad de intercambio de saberes
teóricos, prácticos entre las
conciencias; todos aprenden de todos porque la condición de estudiante y
maestro se supera pues en cada participante se reúne ambas intenciones comparten experiencias, conocimientos sean
objetivos y subjetivos.
Hay diversas teorías al respecto por ejemplo
Adamas, entre otros, como Simón Rodríguez un pensador venezolano padre de la
educación popular y liberadora que se refiere tanto a los niños, niñas,
jóvenes, mujeres y adultos en general. Por consiguiente, existe la necesidad de
sistematizar en teorías e hipótesis en sentido científico la praxis de tales
experiencias de conocimiento en general
antropológico puesto que se vincula al hecho cultural fundamentado en un
currículum adecuado que considere la creación de un hombre nuevo en sentido de
la libertad no condicionada por visiones del mundo erradas para el avance de la
humanidad.
Para cerrar el Profesor el Armando Labrador Supervisor del circuito 4
agradeció la participación de todo el personal educativo y de diferentes
organizaciones que hacen vida en el municipio al Congreso Pedagógico Municipal
Tovar, asimismo, invito a participar
para el día viernes para continuar con el mismo entusiasmo al cierre de la jornada. Por último el estudiante de primaria
Jesús Adrian Méndez, ejecuto en el
cuadro una pieza musical titulada Pueblito Tovareño a manera de cierre de la actividad del día.

Our situation: Country and power. Circuit

March 10th, 2022, Pedagogical Congress Municipal Tovar
was held at the Bolivarian High School "Félix Román Duque". The
activities began with the singing of the National Anthem, then two cultural
performances were presented, the first one the five white eagles by the
children of the J.I. Coronel Antonio Rangel (the Vega), followed by three
dances by the foundation of special children.
Subsequently, in the area corresponding to Circuit 4,
Supervisor Teacher Armando Labrador, as head of the debate, begins the work
table by giving guidelines on how the day's work will be carried out, he
creating the structure of the table, appointing a rapporteur, two registrars, a
systematizer and a timekeeper. It clarifying that each a of participations will
be used a minimum of five minutes and a maximum of ten minutes in order to move
forward with all the presentations for the day.
Once the work table was organized, the presentations
began. It starting with the teacher of the Kindergarten "Coronel Antonio
Rangel" classroom Annex the Vega: Anamaryori Mora with a presentation
based on her learning project called: We celebrate our cultural identity as a
family, this project included the participation of both children and
representatives in the realization of their activities and the presentation of
the cultural act “Cinco Águilas Blancas” as the closing of the project. The illustrious characters worked on were
Tulio Febres Cordero and Juan Felix Sanchez. Among the outstanding activities
is the presentation of the samples made by the children as the chapel of
stones, an artistic mural drawn by them and it belonging to the municipality Tovar
was chosen. Then was presented an exhibition of Emily Fernandez is five years
old, who spoke about the heroines of the state of Merida. It is important to emphasize that culture is
a fundamental source in our lives to know where we are from, who we are and
where we are going.
Then, Bed. Lineidi Belisario, in charge of the garden
at the "Félix Román Duque" High School, and two students from same
shared their experiences on a socio-productive project on worm farming. They
presented the technique used to cultivate the Californian worm, its origin,
using organic waste to feed them, as well as an exhibition of organic
fertilizer products that reproduce both liquid and solid worms, taking into
account that it is a means of self-management for the institution.
Italo Fossi, who sent some 2nd year students of the
Liceo Bolivariano "Félix Román Duque" to present different strategies
and didactic games as pedagogical tools to facilitate the learning of
mathematics, explaining how the procedure of the games will help to improve
their mental calculation and logic skills by solving simple problems in a fun
way.
Yuli Ciarrochi, Director of the School of CCAO Nohemi
Guerra de Guzman, emphasizing the deepening of the learning processes of
different trades that the school is responsible for transmitting knowledge with
their instructors, in terms of arts such as cutting and sewing, embroidery of
fabrics, making bags with scraps, barbering and beauty showing some pieces of
embroidery with excellent finishes and designs, which can be taken as an
undertaking to young and adults of our municipality.
Subsequently, the Bed.Ana Consuelo Aldana Director of
the Adult Education Center of the city of Tovar, made her presentation about
the beginnings of this house of knowledge, which worked in the beginning in the
E.B. Coronel Antonio Rangel, receiving more and more participants. She
indicated that the place became too small, then they moved it at Liceo
Bolivariano "Felix Roman Duque" where they provided teaching and
administrative staff, and workers in charge, thus increasing enrollment and
expanding the courses. Currently, the center operates at the headquarters of
the “Felix Roman Duque” High School; the teachers presented the experiences and
work done in different workshops that are taught showing their productions in
the environment. The specialties are: Painting on wood by Professor Miriam
Peña, Prof. Maria Botello in charge of Piñateria and the BEd.Milagros Calderon
in the area of crafts.
On the other hand, Teacher Xiomara Bustamante Sanchez,
graduate of the National Experimental University, makes her presentation on the
use of tools and media to ensure teaching-learning opportunities of the
Bolivarian Educational System in Venezuela (BES), as alternatives for
educational continuity in emerging scenarios before the preventive closure of
high schools and others, according to the decree issued by the National
Executive before the COVID-19. Therefore, the Liceo Bolivariano Félix Román
Duque, located in the municipality of Tovar in the state of Mérida. It focused
on the program "every family a school", where the teachers not only
sought the remote presence of the representatives, but also emphasized the
search for analysis for the adaptation of the curriculum in real context triad,
taking as a first step the diagnosis of needs of each household, under this
paradigm the planning was adapted contributing to the continuation of the
school year 2019-2020, with the purpose of ensuring the continuity of quality
and meaningful training, in this historical moment of social quarantine and
semi-presential, allowing the educational community to know, reflect, value and
transform the advances in the teaching-learning process, it based on
rethinking, innovating, being creative, critical, reflective and applying the
pedagogy of love, example and curiosity, being necessary the use of mass media
(radio and television), audiovisual, Whatsapp, text messaging, among others.
The research
line is linked in School Management; Educational Integration of the family in
the Educational Process and Resources for Learning, Technology and Innovation,
with socio-critical criteria and participatory and transformative
action-research. The socialized an audiovisual archive of the students of the “Félix
Román Duque” High School in times of pandemic.
The Teacher Neila Roja graduated of the Universidad
Nacional Experimental del Magisterio, presented her work, the main purpose of
this study being to develop actions for the integration of parents and
representatives in the teaching process of third grade students at the Escuela
Bolivariana Coronel Antonio Rangel Tovar-Mérida. It framed in the sociocritical
paradigm and the line of research are shaped from the Participatory and
Transformative Action Research as broad theoretical references that order,
guide and trigger school integration activities.
Participatory Action Research is conceived not only as
a research methodology but also as a philosophy of life that turns its
practitioners into people who think in terms of social welfare. The data
collection instrument used is a semi-structured interview with five items to be
answered by parents and representatives. Previously, it planned actions are
developed with the use of an action plan authorized for its execution by the
Direction of the Coronel Antonio Rangel Bolivarian School. The researcher
concludes that the integration of parents and representatives to school
activities strengthens the transformation of the educational reality, she was
impressed by how simple it is methodologically to go into the proposals of
Latin American theorists and thinkers such as: Freire, Fals Borda, Bigot, Jara
and Inojosa, important figures to transform the Venezuelan educational thought
and reality.
The Bed.Lisnardo Rojas graduated of the Universidad
Nacional Experimental del Magisterio, presented pedagogical actions for the
improvement of language in second grade students with echolalia. He began with
the repetition of the greeting to demonstrate the condition of echolalia, which
is a language disturbance that consists of involuntarily repeating a word or
phrase that has just been pronounced by the same or another person in his
presence. The activities for language improvement in second grade students with
echolalia such as: The onomatopoeic thread, musical glasses, the diction
pencil, card collection and the swaying of the wind balls experience story
within the ministry of education.
At the end of the activities, Alexis Vázquez Chavéz
gave an experience report of the youth and adult modality of the night school
"félix román duque",municipality Tovar and Zea extension. It is titled the
route of knowledge of the adult. He expressed:
“The path of learning constitutes an experience that
takes the whole life of the human being, that is to say, of the woman and the
man, from their childhood to being an adult person with knowledge, ethics and
indispensable values to assume the challenges of the increasingly complicated
existence in contemporaneity. Therefore, if with pedagogy and its didactics
their educational formation was attended since childhood, it is indispensable
for their adult life new disciplines that attend their formative needs in the
psychological and corporal sphere”.
In conclusion, this knowledge
must be shared for the benefit of the family and the community. Andragogy as
adult education is based on several principles such as: the inter-subjectivity
of exchange of theoretical and practical knowledge between consciences;
everyone learns from everyone because the condition of student and teacher is
overcome as each participant brings together both intentions, sharing
experiences, knowledge, both objective and subjective.
There are several theories in this regard, for example
Adamas, among others, such as Simón Rodríguez a Venezuelan thinker and father
of popular and liberating education that refers to children, women and adults,
young in general. Therefore, there is a need to systematize in theories and
hypotheses in a scientific sense the praxis of such experiences of knowledge in
general anthropological since it is linked to the cultural fact based on an
appropriate curriculum that considers the creation of a new man in the sense of
freedom not conditioned by erroneous worldviews for the advancement of
humanity.
To conclude,
Professor Armando Labrador, Supervisor of Circuit 4, thanked the participation
of all educational staff and different organizations that make life in the
municipality to the Pedagogical Congress Municipal Tovar. Also, he invited to
participate on Friday to continue with the same enthusiasm at the end of the day. Finally, the elementary school student Jesus
Adrian Mendez played on the musical box a piece entitled Pueblito Tovareño as a
way of closing the day's activity.
